Recently, products marketed under the name “INPHIC x Zeus ” have been found in the market, promoting a so-called F75 manga keycap keyboard while unauthorizedly associating or implying connections with the AULA brand during advertising and sales activities.
AULA hereby solemnly declares the following:
1. No Partnership or Cooperation
AULA has never established any form of joint development, authorized manufacturing, supply cooperation, or brand collaboration with “ INPHIC x Zeus ” . The aforementioned product is neither officially designed nor officially authorized by AULA.
2. Unauthorized Use of Brand Identity
Certain related products and promotional materials contain unauthorized use of the AULA brand name, logo, or associated identity elements, which may mislead consumers into believing that these products are official AULA products or collaborative editions. AULA does not recognize such claims, and they are inconsistent with the facts.
